Requirements
- Identify product opportunities with a data-driven focus, analyzing behavior patterns, user journeys, and market trends to feed the development backlog.
- Prioritize, implement, and monitor product initiatives, performing A/B testing and analysis of results to measure their impact on business KPIs, optimize the strategy, and ensure achievement of goals.
- Work with different stakeholders (commercial teams, operations, partners) to collect feedback and design innovative products with a strong customer-centric focus.
- Collaborate closely with IT and UX/UI teams to implement both large projects and features that impact the business and user experience.
- Design and maintain measurement infrastructure: develop dashboards, ensure granular and automated reporting to enable continuous tracking of product performance.
- Lead the experimentation cycle and hypothesis validation, applying analytical rigor and statistical methodologies to measure impact, generate scalable learning, and make strategic adjustments.
- Monitor business KPIs, ensuring the generation and adjustment of initiatives that collaborate in achieving strategic objectives.
