Requirements
- Prioritize, implement, and monitor product initiatives, performing A/B testing and analyzing results to measure their impact on business KPIs, optimize the strategy, and ensure compliance with objectives.
- Follow up on business KPIs, ensuring that they generate and adjust initiatives that collaborate in achieving strategic objectives.
- Identify product opportunities with a data-driven approach, analyzing behavior patterns, user journeys, and market trends to nourish the development backlog.
- Work with different stakeholders (commercial teams, operations, partners) to collect feedback and design innovative products with a strong customer-centric focus.
- Collaborate closely with IT and UX/UI teams to implement both large projects and features that impact the business and user experience.
- Design and maintain the measurement infrastructure: develop dashboards, ensure granular and automated reporting that allows continuous monitoring of product performance.
- Lead the experimentation and hypothesis validation cycle, applying analytical rigor and statistical methodologies to measure impact, generate scalable learnings, and make strategic adjustments.
