Job Description
We are seeking a talented and highly motivated associate or associate director to work on strategy, analysis, new market identification, M&A and financing transactions and support for all aspects of DESRI's business.
Requirements
- Building and reviewing financial models to support management investment decisions
- Leading due diligence and managing third-party deliverables through deal processes
- Supporting transaction leads on negotiating definitive documentation for debt and tax equity financings, acquisitions, and opportunistic sales
