Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor to lead a team of 8–10 Engineers and be responsible for the upkeep and improvement of all assembly production equipment. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or a related field) and proven experience in a supervisory role in manufacturing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or a related field)
• Proven experience in a supervisory role in manufacturing
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• In-depth knowledge of and experience with assembly equipment
• Previous experience in industrial machine debugging
• Vision/Camera systems experience
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
