Job Description
DMS is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor to oversee the upkeep and improvement of all assembly production equipment, leading a team of 8-10 engineers and driving continuous improvement of processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or a related field)
- Proven experience in a supervisory role in manufacturing
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- In-depth knowledge of and experience with assembly equipment
- Previous experience in industrial machine debugging
- Vision/Camera systems experience
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
