As a Technical Support 3rd line, you analyze reports from our monitoring system and work together with your team on structural solutions. You are not only solution-oriented, but also think proactively about improvements. You work closely with customers, partners and suppliers to ensure that the BproCare Care System operates optimally in various circumstances.
Requirements
- Customer-focused and communicatively skilled
- Problem-solving and analytically strong
- Flexible and stress-resistant
- In possession of at least a completed MBO 4
- In possession of a driving license B
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a 2nd or 3rd line support function
- General knowledge of networking, server techniques and cloud solutions
- Careful in documenting solutions and procedures
- Experience with Agile working is a plus (preferably with JIRA and Confluence)
