Job Description
As a 2nd level support engineer, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining technically complex infrastructure in the field of healthcare domotics and alarm in our clients. You will work in a hybrid environment and will be part of the operations team.
Requirements
- Experience with Windows and Linux
- Experience with MDM solutions
- Knowledge of Ascom Systems, IQ Messenger, Mobotix, Televic Aqura, and/or Lynx
- Experience with VMWare
- Experience with Firewalls, routers, switches, and access points
- Experience with Telecom systems (Mitel)
- Analytical skills to quickly identify and solve problems
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Experience with escalation management
