Job Description
The Group PPM team plays a key role in setting Deutsche Bank's strategic direction and translating the vision into financial plans and outcomes. The team reports directly into the Group Chief Financial Officer and primarily operates in Frankfurt, London, and Mumbai. The Balanced Scorecard (BSC) is an integral part of the bank's performance management and translates the strategic priorities into clear and measurable outcomes.
Requirements
- Successfully completed studies in economics, ideally with a focus on Finance, Controlling or Accounting
- Several years of experience in financial performance analysis
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills as well as a structured way of working
- High degree of intrinsic motivation and taking ownership
- High degree of initiative and teamwork skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
