The team is primarily involved in Financial Performance Management, Financial Planning and Coverage & Strategic Planning – with the purpose to drive delivery of DB’s strategic priorities and to drive consistency of performance management across the bank and refine the Group’s performance management framework.
Requirements
- Financial Performance Reporting & Analysis (incl. Commentaries)
- Preparation of various Exco / Opco Decks/ Cost Analysis Report/ Revenue Reporting at Regional/ Country / Divisional levels
- Balanced scorecards commentaries
- Preparation of Plan documents for Sr. Management
- Supporting senior management in strategic analyses
