Bail-In Regulatory Execution manager, Associate job description: contribute to documenting processes, coordinating stakeholders, and supporting annual testing activities under close guidance from senior team members, with a focus on regulatory Recovery and Resolution Framework mandated by the Single Resolution Board (SRB) and BaFin.

Requirements

• Overall industry experience of upto 5-7 years with of relevant experience of 1-2 yrs as preferred.
• Basic understanding of financial markets, instruments (especially bonds/issuances), or capital markets infrastructure.
• Interest in regulatory topics, treasury, or risk management;
• Ability to analyse and document processes clearly and logically.
• Strong motivation to learn within a complex regulatory environment.
• Effective communication and willingness to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Proactive, well-structured working style with attention to detail.
