Head of Pricing (d/m/w)

Head of Pricing Wealth Management Germany is responsible for building a new pricing function, establishing a consistent pricing and fee framework, and anchoring pricing as an effective lever for growth and profitability. Responsibilities include building a high-performance team, developing a commercial policy, and active value capture in the existing portfolio.

Requirements

• Several years of leadership experience in pricing, commercial excellence, or monetization in wealth management or private banking.
• Documentable track record of success in value capture, price enforcement, and profitability increase.
• Ability to implement commercial standards with high effectiveness in sales.
• Experience with pricing desk/deal desk and fast decision-making in complex cases.
• High security in data-based control over relevant pricing KPIs.
• High implementation energy, clear ownership mindset, decision-making strength, and sovereignty on senior and top management level.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English in word and writing.
