Pricing Manager (m/w/d)

Linklaters is a global law firm seeking a Global Pricing Manager to support the firm's pricing strategy and maximize margin and recovery. The role involves leading a team, participating in global fee deal negotiations, and delivering practical pricing recommendations.

Requirements

• At least five years' leadership experience in a finance or pricing function within a global professional services or corporate environment, ideally in the legal sector
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team delivering rigorous finance and audit activities, with experience in payroll functions
• Proven track record in global fee negotiation, and in analysing competitive intelligence in the legal market to inform risk and profitability management
• Strong commercial acumen, advanced skills in SAP and related analytics platforms, and fluency in business English
• Excellent communication skills, including presenting financial insights to senior stakeholders
