Legal Counsel

A vacancy has arisen for a lawyer to join the Sales & Trading Advisory team in London, providing legal advice and support to various business lines within the Investment Bank.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer, with solid post-qualification experience
• Experience of sales and trading, derivatives and (ideally) commodities documentation in either private practice or in-house.
• Strong academic background and vocational training or comparable experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent legal analytical skills and problem-solving ability
• A collegiate approach to progressing matters
