Multifamily Affordable Housing Underwriting US Municipals - Director

The US Public Finance & Solutions business at Deutsche Bank is seeking a Director to grow their affordable housing platform by sourcing, structuring, and closing high quality transactions. The ideal candidate will have 7-10+ years of experience in affordable housing financed focused on originations with a consistent record of closed transactions.

Requirements

• Originate a robust pipeline of affordable housing debt
• Lead deal strategy and structuring end to end
• Own credit fundamentals and champion sound underwriting assumptions
• Execute tax exempt private placement bond transactions
• Drive credit memo preparation and credit presentations
• Partner cross functionally with Underwriting, Portfolio/Asset Management, Legal/Closing, Desk, and Servicing
