Job Description
The Operations Team Leader, AVP is responsible for completing day-to-day activities as per standards and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of assigned production duties. The candidate will also ensure adherence to all cut-off times and quality of processing as maintained in SLAs.
Requirements
- German Language B1/B2 level
- Good communication and strong people management skills
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in client on-boarding / Static data amendments in any Private Banking
- Hands on experience in reviewing client on-boarding documentation
- Willing to work in Multiple/ rotational Shifts
