Job Description
The Operations Team Leader, AVP role is responsible for overseeing business management, administration, and allied topics in GMO NOC India, including budget/financials, head count forecasting, and vendor risk management. The role requires a strong understanding of financials and business management techniques, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- At least 9 years of experience in the financial / banking sector
- Profound knowledge and expertise on Financials & Business Management techniques
- Proven experience as business manager or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development
