Private Bank Transformation Lead (f/m/x)

Deutsche Bank is seeking a Private Bank Transformation Lead to drive large-scale transformation through business analysis, innovative solutions, and exceptional people leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 8+ years of extensive and proven experience in leading business analysis, process improvement, complex change management, or senior consulting roles within the financial services industry
• Solid understanding of financial products, services, and regulatory environments
• Experience working across divisions and infrastructure functions
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to represent resilience topics at executive and board-level forums
• Business-fluent English (written and spoken)
• Business-fluent German (written and spoken) is a plus
