Senior QA Engineer role responsible for designing, developing and delivering engineering solutions to accomplish business goals efficiently and reliably. Key responsibilities include leading the QA process, contributing to test automation framework improvements, and ensuring high quality of production releases.
Requirements
- Drive the strategy and ensure team members follow the agreed QA process.
- Contribute in test automation framework improvements, CI/CD and overall platform testability.
- Drive the test automation of the test strategy and plan, including automation of test preparation, execution, and analysis and reporting activities.
- Collaboratively work with Dev/QA engineers within the Feature team, Product Owner and Scrum Master, architects and dev leads to ensure proper quality is achieved for new features and Definition of Done is met, and wider QA group to ensure for knowledge sharing and being align to agreed QA standards and approach.
- Being hands-on engineer you will be organising, executing testing for new features within one of the Scrum teams, including test automation, non-functional testing assessment, collecting test artefacts and metrics.
- Ensure high quality of production releases so that features going live are high quality and do not bring regression to existing functionality
