Requirements
- Advising and negotiating contracts
- Steering contract negotiations
- Ensuring contract fulfillment
- Accompanying contentious disputes
- Supporting on regulatory and procurement law issues
- Preparing expert opinions and decision-making documents for management
- Developing contract management
- Participating in the establishment and further development of compliance and data protection management
- Sensitizing employees through training on legal compliance topics
