Legal Counsel Wirtschaftsstrafrecht / Compliance (m/w/d)

Our client is an internationally active industrial and logistics company seeking a Legal Counsel for Economic Penal Law/Compliance to analyze and evaluate circumstances, create action recommendations, and conduct investigations. The role involves training and rolling out compliance in international companies, supporting the whistleblower system, and guiding stakeholders in internal investigations.

Requirements

• Completed study of law (1st and 2nd state examination)
• 4 years of relevant work experience in compliance/investigation/internal investigations
• Knowledge of FCPA, UK Bribery Act, EU Whistleblower Directive
• Verbal skills in English and German
• Good understanding of economic relationships
• Analytical, solution-oriented thinking combined with a strong service focus
• Team player with independent and structured working style
