Technical Asset Manager Real Estate

Role Overview

As a Technical Asset Manager, you will work on developing real estate strategies and management concepts, monitoring the further development of your managed portfolio, and implementing technical and construction measures.

You will be responsible for framework planning and budgeting, object inspections, creating project-specific target specifications, and conducting contract negotiations.

Requirements

• Successful completion of a (Fach-) or university degree in architecture, civil engineering, or comparable
• Relevant professional experience in technical asset management or Capex measures with a focus on residential real estate
• Good knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, guidelines, and procedures from building and technology
• Good knowledge of contract management in dealing with order assignments and tenders according to BGB, HOAI, and VOB
• Confident appearance, organizational, and negotiation skills
• Strategic and analytical thinking behavior
• Assertiveness and communication skills
• Safe handling of common MS-Office applications
