Bauüberwacher (m/w/d/) - Tief- und Straßenbau

We are looking for a Building Supervisor (m/w/d) with a certified polisher or technician, master in road or deep construction, or a civil engineer to join our motivated team. The ideal candidate has long years of professional experience in deep construction and road construction or comparable experience in gardening and landscape construction or electrical construction.

Requirements

• Responsible for technical implementation to acceptance for the building site
• Responsible for legal compliance on the building sites and for the implementation of the construction plans
• Coordinate and lead building meetings and record the minutes
• Create and review surveys and ensure the efficient and economical use of building materials and equipment
• Keep an eye on quality and progress and document the work
• Steer and coordinate the commissioned external firms and check the surveys
• Support in the submission of permits and communication with authorities
