Job Description
We're looking for a Building Supervisor to join our motivated team. As a Building Supervisor, you'll be responsible for the technical execution of construction sites, compliance with laws, and coordination with clients, municipalities, and contractors. You'll have a recognized degree in a related field, long-term work experience in deep construction and road construction, and secure MS Office skills.
Requirements
- recognized polishing or technical degree (m/f/d), master in road or deep construction or a civil engineer (m/f/d) or comparable education/studies
- long-term work experience in deep construction and road construction or comparable experience in gardening and landscaping
- secure MS Office skills
- knowledge of relevant regulations (DIN18300, ZTV, RSA21, VOB)
- very good German language skills and at least one driver's license class B
