The Associate Director of Case Management will manage, monitor, and oversee daily activities of case management functions and staff at Developmental Pathways in Aurora, CO. This role will develop and monitor systems to ensure excellent customer service and collaboration as well as staff expertise.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree
- A minimum of three (3) years of management experience
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in the human services field
- Thorough working knowledge of Windows operating systems - Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, and Adobe Creative Suite and other computer functions needed to create and/or maintain communications and marketing documents
- Personal vehicle in good operating condition for use during work as appropriate
- Valid Colorado motor vehicle license and proof of motor vehicle insurance
- Ability to meet our driving requirements - no suspensions/ no more than two tickets in the past three years
