Job Description
We are seeking an Associate Director, Case Management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, access/reimbursement, patient support center or related industry with 2+ years of people management/leadership experience. The role will involve managing a team of Case Managers, overseeing their performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, access/reimbursement, patient support center or related/applicable industry
- 2+ years of people management/leadership experience
- 3+ years' experience with direct provider/caregiver/patient interaction
- Comprehensive knowledge of Case Management and Patient Access Services
