Development InfoStructure LLC. is seeking a Business Process Engineer to support the ICAM-ES III effort by bridging business process modernization with hands-on technical execution. The role evaluates USCIS ICAM processes and service outcomes, translates operational needs into implementable requirements, and partners with engineering teams to drive secure, scalable improvements across cloud-based ICAM platforms in an Agile/DevSecOps delivery environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Public Administration, or a related discipline
- Minimum 8 years of progressively responsible experience in business process reengineering, requirements definition, and process improvement for enterprise IT programs
- Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of cloud architecture and security, DevSecOps development standards, and the ICAM product landscape (commercial and open-source)
- Proven ability to recommend, lead implementation, and implement accepted product changes in an enterprise environment
- Experience gathering requirements, reengineering business processes, and translating needs into Agile epics/user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Working knowledge of identity and access management concepts (for example authentication, authorization, SSO, RBAC, OAuth/OIDC, PKI, privileged access)
- Familiarity with Agile delivery tooling and collaboration platforms (for example Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Microsoft Teams)
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, including facilitating working sessions and documenting outcomes
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of turning ambiguous problems into implementable solutions
