Requirements
- 3+ years of food & beverage experience
- Prior leadership experience
- Current food handlers and alcohol service certifications as required by federal/state/local law
- Familiarity with reservation platforms (e.g., OpenTable)
- Ability to work a variable schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math proficiency; comfortable with Microsoft Office and standard business software
