Requirements

• Proven leadership experience as a General Manager or senior restaurant operator in a high-volume, full-service environment
• Strong background in restaurant financials, labor management, and cost controls
• Demonstrated success developing managers and building strong teams
• Excellent floor leadership, guest recovery, and problem-solving ability
• Strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills
• Ability to lead with accountability while maintaining a positive and professional culture
• Reliable, consistent, and flexible with scheduling needs
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and varied shifts based on business needs
