As a core team member, you will partner with customers to understand their hiring needs and design customized hiring stages. You will also source and recruit candidates, perform pre-screening calls, and present shortlisted candidates. Requirements

• 3+ years of proven work experience as a Recruiter (preferable at a staffing agency)
• Excellent knowledge of an area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices)
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
• Experience evaluating candidates for various roles and seniority levels
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) recruiting software and candidate databases
• Solid organizational and time-management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
