Job Description
At Devoteam N Platform, we help companies unlock the full potential of the ServiceNow platform. As an ITSM / ServiceNow Consultant, you will accompany our customers on their path to modern, efficient, and digital processes. You combine technology, consulting, and methodology - and shape projects actively.
Requirements
- several years of experience in Enterprise Service Management, ideally with ServiceNow
- fundamental knowledge of process modeling, optimization, and/or quality management
- experience in workshop moderation
- experience in leading projects or work streams
- secure stakeholder management on management level
- routine in pre-sales or proposal processes
- very good German and English language skills
- willingness to take responsibility and move something in the team
