At Devoteam N Platform, we support companies in exploiting the full potential of the ServiceNow platform. As part of a strong international network of over 500 technical experts and 200 consultants, you design digital workflows that increase productivity, improve employee experiences, and enable sustainable changes.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in enterprise service management, preferably with ServiceNow
- In-depth knowledge of process modeling, optimization, and/or quality management
- Experience in workshop moderation
- Experience in leading projects or workstreams
- Safe stakeholder management on a management level
- Routine in pre-sales or bid processes
- Very good German and English language skills
- A willingness to take responsibility and move the team forward
- ServiceNow certifications are a plus – but not a must.
