Job Description
We support companies in fully exploiting the possibilities of the ServiceNow platform at Devoteam N Platform. As part of a strong international network of over 500 technical experts and 200 consultants, you design digital workflows that increase productivity, improve employee experiences, and enable sustainable changes.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in Enterprise Service Management, ideally with ServiceNow
- Fundamental knowledge in process modeling, optimization, and/or quality management
- Experience in workshop moderation
- Experience in leading projects or workstreams
- Secure stakeholder management on management level
- Routine in pre-sales or offer processes
- Very good German and English skills
- Willingness to take responsibility and move something in the team
