Job Description
At Devoteam N Platform, we support companies in fully exploiting the possibilities of the ServiceNow platform. As a strong international network of over 500 technology experts and 200 consultants, we design digital workflows that increase productivity, improve employee experiences, and enable sustainable changes.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in Enterprise Service Management, ideally with ServiceNow
- Fundamentally good knowledge of process modeling, optimization, and/or quality management
- Experience in workshop moderation
- Leading projects or work streams
- Safe stakeholder management on management level
- Routine in pre-sales or offer processes
- Very good German and English skills
- Willingness to take responsibility and move the team forward
