ITSM ServiceNow Consultant (m/w/d)

Requirements

• Several years of experience in enterprise service management, preferably with ServiceNow
• Deep knowledge in process modeling, optimization, and / or quality management
• Experience in workshop moderation
• Experience in leading projects or work streams
• Safe stakeholder management on management level
• Routine in pre-sales or proposal processes
• Very good German and English skills
• Willingness to take responsibility and move the team
