Job Description
Devoteam is a leader in digital strategy consulting, technology platforms, cybersecurity, and business transformation. The company is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to become the Run reference for its clients. The Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for the operational functioning of IT services in production environments and will work closely with clients to establish a direct and privileged relationship.
Requirements
- Mastering ITIL 4 processes and proven experience in incident, problem, and change management.
- Good understanding of production environments: Mainframe, Systems, Middleware, Scheduler, Network, Telecom, Cloud, Security.
- Mastering an ITSM tool (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.).
- Ability to produce and analyze quality of service follow-up indicators.
- Excellent written expression: for report production and post-incident reports.
- Appreciated knowledge in crisis management and transverse coordination.
