Requirements
- University degree
- Significant experience in managing an IT support service on several customer contexts and managing support technician teams
- Fluent English (international context)
- ITIL best practices reference
- Techniques for remote management and manager management
- Strong customer service skills, leadership, communication, analysis, and rigor, combined with the ability to propose solutions
