HELPLINE recruits an IT Delivery Manager for one of its major customers. The position is open in Paris.
Requirements
- Ensure the follow-up and management of all services offered by the infogérant
- Verify the maintenance of contractual commitments (SLA)
- Relay the company's HR policy to employees
- Coordinate, follow up and ensure proper handling of incidents and service requests from the client
- Coordinate and ensure proper handling of change requests from the client or infogérant
- Ensure the integrity of all IT assets under the infogérant's responsibility
- Ensure and pilot annual DRP (Disaster Recovery Plan) exercises between IT internal teams and infogérant
- Ensure the necessary comitology for all these actions
- Propose, identify and define actions for evolution and improvement of services
