Job Description
Helpline is looking for a Delivery Manager IT confirmed to lead the entire strategic service offer to a major institutional actor in the public sector. The role involves operational management, internal team relations, and maintaining service quality in a demanding and sensitive environment.
Requirements
- Successful experience in a similar position, ideally in complex or public environments.
- Master ITIL processes and IT service management practices.
- Excellent customer service sense and ability to work in a demanding context.
- Asserted leadership, clear communication, and ability to unite.
- Excellent analysis, synthesis, and prioritization capabilities.
- Rigor, organization, and proposal force to evolve services.
