Job Description
We are an international technology-agnostic consulting firm with a focus on digital strategy, platform technologies, cybersecurity, and business transformation. As a ServiceNow Architect, you will take on a central role in designing modern ServiceNow platforms - from architecture to implementation and technical leadership of project teams.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in ServiceNow implementation projects
- Experience in technical leadership or architecture of ServiceNow projects
- In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform (development, configuration, integration)
- Deep knowledge of CMDB and CSDM (Common Service Data Model)
- Experience with scripting or programming (e.g., JavaScript, SQL, databases)
- Experience in workshops, requirement analysis, and stakeholder communication
- Experience in leading technical teams
- Very good German and English skills
