Job Description
DevRev is building the future of work with its Computer platform, built on Human Connection, Collaboration and AI. They are seeking an Applied AI Engineer to help customers integrate DevRev into their existing systems and workflows, focusing on customer needs and innovation. The role involves development, implementation, and customer engagement.
Requirements
- Design, develop, and implement integrations to integrate DevRev with customer tech stacks and workflows.
- Utilize AI, particularly generative AI, to solve customer problems and improve agent experience.
- Conduct data analysis using SQL and build dashboards.
- Proactive communication and feedback loop management with stakeholders.
