Customer Solutions Engineer (AI Agents) to design and build conversational workflows using a no-code / low-code AI platform, work directly with customers to turn fuzzy requirements into reliable AI agents, and drive measurable business impact.
Requirements
- Experience automating workflows, building systems, or shipping technical solutions
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and owning problems end-to-end
- Strong written communication and command of language
- Outcome-oriented thinking (inputs → outputs → metrics)
- Technical fluency (scripting, APIs, logic)
- Fast learner with high ownership and bias to action
