We are looking for a Technical Owner with strong technical leadership to drive the evolution of strategic initiatives within a high-pressure and critical environment. The role is to reduce existing technical debt, close quality gaps and strengthen end-to-end automation, with the aim of reducing test cycles and significantly improving stability, security and predictability in the production environment.
Requirements
- +5 years of experience in software development (backend, frontend or mobile)
- Solid experience in design and architecture of solutions
- Deep knowledge of databases, transactions, concurrency and integration patterns
- Experience in modern engineering practices (CI/CD, automated testing, observability)
- Experience working in agile teams (Scrum or Kanban)
- Ability to manage technical priorities within a backlog
- High communication and influence capacity
- Experience valued according to initiatives
