Dewberry is seeking an HR Coordinator to support the HR leadership team. The position requires excellent collaboration and customer service skills, with a focus on administrative processes and compliance with company policies.
Requirements
- Manage day-to-day operations of the call center
- Order and maintain inventory of office supplies
- Coordinate catering services for meetings and events
- Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Monitor and reconcile HR-related credit card expenses
- Oversee incoming and outgoing mail
- Serve as a safety advocate for HR
- Act as records custodian
- Maintain and file employee records
- Coordinate and administer employee drug testing programs
- Conduct quarterly motor vehicle record (MVR) checks
- Manage office space usage and reserve conference rooms
- Conduct outreach to employees celebrating milestone service anniversaries
- Other administrative duties as assigned
