HR Coordinator

The HR Coordinator provides administrative and transactional support to the onsite client group, assisting employees and managers with day-to-day HR support. The role contributes to accurate and timely HR operations by coordinating recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee records, and supporting core HR processes.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of HR experience providing administrative support across multiple HR functions
• Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS systems (preferably Dayforce)
• Effective prioritization and attention to detail
• Positive, solution-focused mindset and an interest in ongoing growth
