The Technical Account Executive is a key role in prospecting and generating sales pipeline for DEX’s Managed IT Services line of business. They work closely with Sales Engineers and Copy/Print Sales Executives to qualify leads, identify opportunities, and close IT/Cybersecurity service agreements within assigned regions. The role involves maintenance of CRM, presentation of proposals, and client education.
