Business Process Analyst - Operational Excellence/Finance Transformation

Dexcom Corporation seeks a Business Process Analyst - Operational Excellence/Finance Transformation to lead workstreams, analyze current-state finance processes, develop process documentation, and support solution design sessions. The successful candidate will bring a strong understanding of finance operations, process mapping skills, and analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Lead defined workstreams within finance system implementations and process transition initiatives
• Analyze current-state finance processes to identify automation, standardization, and efficiency opportunities
• Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, including process maps, control narratives, and functional design specifications
• Support solution design sessions by gathering business requirements and partnering with technical teams
• Contribute to process migration and stabilization efforts by monitoring risks, validating outputs, and supporting issue resolution during hypercare phases
• Partner with Finance stakeholders to clarify operational pain points and support data-driven decision-making
• Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies, providing timely updates that reinforce structured project governance
• Support post-implementation reviews to assess effectiveness and identify further optimization opportunities as part of continuous improvement efforts
