Lead Business Process Analyst

The Senior Business Analyst will lead end-to-end discovery, map current and future state processes, and define KPIs to drive accountability.

Requirements

• 6+ years in business analysis, process excellence, or similar roles delivering cross-functional improvements
• Influence without authority, rally a room, manage conflict, reset priorities to the goal, and hold stakeholders accountable to actions and timelines
• Proven ability to drive clarity in ambiguous environments through crisp problem statements, structured analysis, and decision-ready recommendations
