Staff Business Systems Analyst – Supply Chain Management

Dexcom Corporation is seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst with additional Project or Workstream leadership experience to support multiple APAC IT projects and may act as project lead for small projects when required. The role will provide guidance and leadership to more junior Business Analysts and facilitate the capture / definition / documentation of detailed business process maps with cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in an IT Applications Business Analyst role, preferably 3+ years of which in a senior BA level
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud – Procure-to-Pay or Order-to-Cash
• Significant experience facilitating workshops for business requirements/business process capture, “to be” process design, organizational change impact
• Strong strategic thinking skills; understands business needs and brings proactive solutions to the team
• Experience with enterprise-level application development projects and working with multi-discipline, globally distributed teams
• Experience of developing a full business analysis model with associated use of tools and templates
• Experience with Agile and Hybrid methodologies
• Experience in conducting Level of Effort analyses, bottom-up project planning
