As a Technical Support Representative, you will help customers with their Dexcom products, providing technical support and training. Requirements
- High school education and/or 1+ years of relevant customer or technical support experience
- Fluency in both Latvian and English
- Experience in working with OS (Windows/Mac) and supporting mobile Apps (IOS/Android)
- Knowledge of providing support across social media channels
- Strong customer service skills and ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve
