Dexcom Corporation is a pioneer in continuous glucose monitoring. We're seeking a Technical Support Representative to provide support to Dutch-speaking users via phone, email, and web forms. The role involves troubleshooting and guiding users on Dexcom apps, software, and hardware, while maintaining and updating user accounts and following up as needed.
Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch (or Flemish) and English
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with Windows, web browsers, mobile apps, and cloud-based systems
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and phone skills
- Detail-oriented and quick to learn
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
